A favourite from our original lineup of Model 2 Fumé dials, the lighter hue of this Japanese enamel results in a vibrant tonal gradation from the bright blue centre out to a resonant indigo edge.
Our enamellers and watchmakers applied themselves to master the craft of heat tempering steel. The hands are individually polished, and then carefully tempered to create an even and consistent ‘straw’ finish. Each hour, minute and second hand is then grouped into a set of three with matching tones.
Inspired by cartographic maps of the Highlands, the numerals and indices on the Model 1 Fumé are enhanced by the dial’s fuliginous edge.
Our enamel dials are between two and three times the thickness of a standard painted brass watch dial. At only 11mm in depth, we've designed the case to showcase and protect the dial whilst fitting comfortably under a cuff.
The solid case back allows us to offer bespoke case engraving. Simply click ‘Custom engraving’ to enter a personalised message or map engraving.
We offer straps in a variety of materials and sizes to suit your needs. All of our straps are made in Germany by a company which has been in business for over 70 years. See our strap fitting guide here.
Driven by an ETA 2824-2 movement, this watch can easily be serviced by virtually any watchmaker.
