To help streamline your experience with us when ordering online, we thought it was important to share some information ahead of our December release.
The advice below is based on the feedback we received from you after our November release, so we hope you find it helpful.
1. Create an account
You now have the option to create an account with us. This means you can ensure your contact and delivery details are correct before the release date. To save time, log in to your account before our watches go live.
If you’ve previously saved information in your browser’s auto-fill that’s now changed, you can alter this through your browser settings. We recommend doing this before the release time to save any wrong information from auto-filling at checkout.
To save time when placing your order, we’ve limited engravings to two options: ‘yes’ and ‘no’.
If you’d like an engraving, simply select ‘yes’. We’ll be in touch post-purchase to confirm what engraving you’d like - whether textual or cartographic - alongside all other preferences and specifications.
To make sure there are no hiccups when completing your purchase, we recommend informing your bank beforehand of the potential purchase.
Tips for using Apple Pay (according to webshop host):
• Ensure your phone and computer are close to each other
• Check that both are logged into the same iCloud account
• Ensure Bluetooth is turned on
We appreciate that our launch time isn’t ideal for everyone, but we’ve tried to find a time that isn’t too intrusive in any part of the world.
This means that those in the Pacific time zone will have an early morning, while those in the antipodes may have a later night than usual.
Unfortunately, at the moment, it isn’t viable for us to stagger our release times, but this is something we’re keeping in mind for the future.
