Warranty

We guarantee our watches to be free from defects in workmanship or materials for 5 years from the date of purchase, subject to the conditions below. If there are any issues which fall outside of this guarantee, we aim to help as quickly and efficiently as possible.

Conditions

AN ORDAIN LTD (anOrdain) guarantees every person who has purchased a watch manufactured by anOrdain from an authorised anOrdain dealer (the Customer) or from our website (http://www.anordain.com) that this watch will be free from defects in material or workmanship for five years from date of purchase, subject to the following conditions.

In the unlikely event of such an error occurring within this period, anOrdain will remedy this at no cost to the customer by repairing the watch or —if a repair is not possible— by providing the customer with a close replacement.

The warranty includes a free service, available between 3 and 5 years from the date of purchase.

Any additional service of a healthy watch outside this window will be at the customer’s expense. Shipping costs may also apply.

Exclusions

Normal wear and tear.

Defects or damage caused by improper use or deliberate damage.

Signs of external influence or intervention by unauthorised persons, such as improper repair.

A watch that is poorly packaged.

anOrdain reserves the right, at their discretion, to refuse the transfer of the warranty to a subsequent owner.

Claiming under warranty

To make use of the warranty, please email hello@anordain.com with your order number and a short description of the issue. One of our team members will then be in contact with you.

anOrdain will cover the cost of sending and returning the watch. Shipping costs may apply if your watch doesn’t fall under this guarantee. By sending the watch in for repair, the customer bears all risks associated with the shipment, in particular loss or damage to the watch during shipping. 

This warranty is subject to Scottish law. The customer’s legal rights in respect of a fault in the watch will not be affected by this guarantee.

DATE

This warranty is in place for orders placed on or after the 1st of January, 2026. Orders purchased before this date are subject to our previous terms, which are available upon request.
