The Model 1 with Glasgow-made vitreous enamel dial and heat treated hands. Each dial has been the sole focus of one of our in-house enamellers from the initial cutting of the copper blank to the final printing taking a minimum of 12 hours and many years of experience to complete.
Unique depth of colour
In powder form, Parisian Blue is a bright ultramarine that, when fired transforms into a deep and inky blue. Reminiscent of the enamel street signs in Paris, serendipitously this particular enamel itself originates from the Aquitaine region of France.
Heat-treated hands
Our watchmakers applied themselves to master the craft of heat tempering steel. The hands are individually polished, and then carefully tempered to create an even and consistent ‘straw’ finish.
Numerals and indices
Inspired by cartographic maps of the Highlands, the numerals and indices on the Model 1 informed the wider concept of the watch, from the case to the indices and hands.
Slim profile
Our enamel dials are between two and three times the thickness of a standard painted brass watch dial. At only 11mm in depth, we've designed the case to showcase and protect the dial whilst fitting comfortably under a cuff.
Choice of fitted straps
We offer a variety of materials and sizes to suit your needs. All of our straps are made in Germany by a company which has been in business for over 70 years. See our fitting guide.
