The Brown Fumé is the last in our Model 2 series to feature the scintillating fumé dial. While brown may not be the most obviously enticing colour option, the result is something really quite special, its lustre reminiscent of peat-infused burns running through the Scottish Highlands, a fine malt caught by the evening sun.
The warm copper tones of this enamel bring a timeless horological classic to mind - the infamous tropical dial. The result of a mid-century manufacturing error, tropical dials faded from black to a warm caramel over time. Finite in their number, they are highly covetable. Realised in enamel, this dial certainly won’t fade, but proves a worthy rival for desirability.
Our take on the classic field watch, the Model 2 launched in 2019. Its rugged and robust pragmatism mixed with contemporary design makes it a watch you can wear just about anywhere. Whether on the peak of a Munro or attending a formal dinner function, the Model 2 is a watch to wear all day, every day.
Unique depth of colour
The Brown Fumé is the last of the original Model 2 series - and the final fumé of the collection. Subtly scintillating, the dial’s warm resin tones shimmer invitingly on the wrist like a fine malt caught in the evening sun.

The contours of the case, and its 36mm diameter, sit comfortably on virtually any wrist, regardless of size.
Swiss-made hands
The hands we’ve designed are unlike any others you’ll find on a watch, with the body elegantly holding the luminous tips, much in the way a hand holds a fountain pen.
SW-210 movement
The daily ritual of hand winding suits the Model 2 well. Driven by a hand-wound Swiss Sellita SW210, the movement is easily serviced by any competent watchmaker.
