anOrdain watches are made by hand in our Glasgow workshop by a small team of specialist craftspeople. To allow us to manage demand fairly – while giving each watch the care and attention they deserve – we operate a waiting list. 

Customers can secure a future production slot by paying a non-refundable reservation fee, which is deducted from the final cost of your watch. 

Watch model and specifications are confirmed just before the chosen production slot, and the remaining balance paid. For information on availability see our new releases and core models page.

The Model 2 is anOrdain’s take on a field watch – combining a robust case, classic dial design, and the vitreous enamel we’re known for in a range of versatile dial colours.

The curved case is shaped comfortably to the wrist, available in 36mm and 39.5mm options, and has a crown guard added for added protection. 

The dial design builds on the starting point of the Model 1, using a new style of our original bespoke numerals. Taking the original forms and angles, we increased the contrast of the thicks and thins and added an outline for maximum legibility and impact. 

We talk about the visual qualities of enamel a lot, but a picture – of a white vitreous dial – paints a thousand words. Evoking traditional porcelain with three tones of blue on white, the White Model 2 is a mainstay of anOrdain.

A choice of hand-wound Sellita SW210, the automatic La Joux-Perret G101, or our decorated version of the G101, the A1. Read more about our first decorated movement, and the collaboration behind it, here.

An evolution of syringe-style hands, with a lume tip inspired by the way a hand holds a pen. Individually polished, then carefully heat-treated to create an even and consistent blue.
